Refund policy

Regular priced, non sale, non clearance items purchased from Per Jhane' are eligible for refund within 14 days after delivery. All clearance/discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR
May not be returned or exchanged. All swimwear are Final Sales.

TOPS AND DRESSES
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any postage and fees associated with returning items for exchange/store credit. We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your store credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
